Is it Possible to work in different NOC after PR ??

Can anyone tell me this.. suppose my application has been successfully processed with a particular NOC code and I got my PR . Is it possible to change career ??? or should we stick to the same NOC code ????
Kindly suggest...

Will this not effect on my Citizenship later on..????. will they not check as to what work I have done since the time I landed in Canada....
