Good Day!

I was wondering is it possible to re-apply for a student visa, mine expired sometime three years back. While holding the student visa i left Canada two times on my own terms without completing my studies both times. I applied from UAE and was granted the student visa the first time, now i am residing in KSA and have been under employment for the last three years. Will this affect my case? This time im planning a one year english program to better my chances of a promotion. Ps. The passport with the travel history and the visa foil was "lost" when i arrived in KSA but i do have pictures of the visa/passport and email confirmation of the return flights.

Any advice would be appreciate, please feel free to ask questions if you have any.

Best regards,

Yes you can reapply, it is just a new application. If you will be granted visa or not will depend on your entire profile as always.

I would say studying English when you already had a student permit and probably passed IELTS the first time is not a realistic reason to go to Canada but again it depends on your entire profile.
