Is it possible to meet friends from USA on US-CAN border

Hi guys,
I'm on student visa in Canada. I would like to know is there any way I can meet my friends on the USA side from Canada. Is there any provision on Niagara US/CAN border that can allow me to go near USA border and my friends to come near Canada border and meet. I don't have USA visa and my friends don't have Canada visa. Is there any provision that allow peoples to meet each other without taking visas of respective countries.

No - no such place or provision. You either need to obtain a US visitor visa or your friend needs to obtain a Canadian visitor visa.
