Hi everyone,

Is it legal for a Canadian permanent resident to offer a job to a relative (e.g. sibling) holding a post-graduation work permit so that the latter can qualify for a provincial nomination program (e.g. Ontario's Employer Job Offer – International Student Stream)? I'm also under the impression that an LMIA is not necessary.

Thank you for any advice!

As long as you meet all the requirements of the stream, you are good to go.
