Is it possible to do a PRE Medical Exam before ITA?

My PGWP will expire very soon. I am CEC Inland and just got AOR from OINP last week. I called them and they told me it would probably take 2 months to get nominated. I am thinking of doing a PRE medical exam before ITA.

Is this possible?

It's possible but imagine the waiting time per stage in the visa process (ITA, AOR, Background Check, RPRF, PPR)...from the time you took your medical it's only valid for a year.
