I have submitted an express entry application this June. But later I found out that the photo I submitted is not very good (the size of my face is too long). So I updated the photo with a web form. I then received an email response which says they have received the documents sent. However, I am still panicking that the officer would refuse my application because of the first photo I sent didn't make them satisfied. Now the first application is medically passed and they have asked me to take fingerprints. But I still wonder if they would refuse me later. Is it possible to create another express entry profile while the first express entry application has been submitted and is in progress?

Stop overreacting. You've already applied for PR, you can't apply again because you didn't like your picture.
Nonono, I mean from this post (https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i...ital-photo-express-entry-ita-question.390244/), ircc has a requirement for the size of the photo. It says "The size of the head, from chin to crown, must be between 31mm and 36mm. " But in my picture, the size of my head was longer than 36 mm.........
