is it possible to change immigration consultant during immigration process

I am starting this thread to get some advice about changing my immigration lawyer,
I applied for immigration in 2011 and got my medical done in Jan 2013 from pakistan My problem is that my immigration lawyer has some personal issues and he is not present in his office most of the time , i am worried that i may miss the PPR request from the visa office, due to the casual attitude of my immigration consultant.
Now the question is it possible to change the mailing and email address at this last stage,if so what is the safest way of doing it .

Yes u can.i applied through agency,they changed it.after
address also changed.now we got medical throught new consultant..
