Is it possible to be refused after RPRF request? Medicals indicate "passed"

Does anybody know the answer to this query?
I tried to fund any cases here in the forum, but couldn't.
I've got a request to pay the RPRF (which I did right away). My medicals show "passed"

Yes, it's possible and few cases have come on this forum where rejections have happened after the payment of RPRF.
I don't remember or have the link now but there have been such cases, though very very few.
