. Hi seniors,
If one has got his/her application rejected under any occupation list ( among 38) which is not in the current occupation list of 29, and if the same applicant gets AEO from any hotel for like Water from Canada, which is out of his/her profession , at this case can he/she apply for FSW now?

Yes,You can apply for FSW-2.In this case You have nothing to do with th 29 list.

Should note that Service Canada will only approve AEOs in the skill level A,B or O of the NOC. Waiter is a not a skilled position and will not be approved.
