Is it ok to exclude these forms?

I have not filled out IMM 0008DEP (Additional Dependants) because I do not have have dependants that are immigrating with me (I do not have any dependant, period!).

I have also not filled out IMM 5476 (Use of a Representative) because I doing my application myself.

Because of the above, I am not going to include either of these forms in my application pack. Is this ok? Common sense would suggest yes, but I'm now not certain if I'm meant to include these forms and just leave them blank, or write N/A on every question.

Any thoughts?

yes, you can exclude them, or you can put them in the package with a big n/a over it (you don't have to do each question). either way, make sure to put n/a on the checklist, so they know they don't apply to you.

^ What rhcohen said - it's fine if you don't include them, just write "N/A" on the checklist so it's obvious that the forms were deliberately excluded and not applicable as opposed to omitted by error.
