Hi,

I submitted letter of explanation with my student visa application, and I think it is useful to tell why I chose Canada to study. I was wondering if I would need to write a letter as well for PGWP even if I don't have any additional explanations?

I met the conditions. I don't necessarily need it, I was just wondering if it is better to have it then not have it. As a courtesy.

No letter is needed as long as your application is straight forward.

You should only include a letter if you have something to explain (e.g. more than one part time semester, unscheduled break, etc.).

But otherwise do not submit a letter. It's not needed.

No - don't bother in that case. It's completely unnecessary.

Nothing of that sort, just mention in LOE if you have something to mention, like previous refusals, part time on last semester etc.

Other than that, no need for LOE.
