is it necessary to send medical of all family in a same time, because I am spouse and there is some mistake in my medical form and i returned back my form and still didnt receive

But in the meantime my family included main applicant done their medical, now i am confused that i have to send these medical or wait for my medical and then all together may be it will take 2-3 weeks more

Submitting the medical together is always better instead of sending one after other. As the medical for others are already done, let it go. However, the processing will not be finalized until the medical are done for all members. There is no harm if you send a letter to visa office that you are still waiting for the corrected medical form.
