Did anyone find out why they do this?".. I don't even know why they wait for 30 days to release a file when it is already available since they day you request for one.
i think to avoid fast reapplication. it is called cooling off period. . otherwise refused applicants will re-apply the next day and the load of applications will increase and ircc always prioritize new initial applications.Did anyone find out why they do this?

you are definitely rightHow about IRCC just put the rejection comments on the correspondence letter. Would that not reduce the workload ? Besides now they even seem to be taking 60 to 90 days which is totally unacceptable by all standards even if they want to torture candidates. Also, why not make this automated so even if someone requests for it over and again, its the system which generates and sends it. Why does it need human intervention at all in this age of AI technology ?
