I would like to immigrate to Alberta through EE. My CRS score is 421, NOC is 2175 (Web developers and designers) but I have no connections with AB, my only connection with Canada is my sibling who lives in Ontario. Considering all that, what are the odds of getting NOI in 2021 ? I've heard 2175 is in high demand in AB, is that true ? Thanks in advance.
