Dear Candidate,

The recruitment department of Riley pacific Hotel Canada welcomes you
once more. We have received and read through the CV however with
satisfaction for the vacancy of chef. After reading through it,we have
accepted to employ you in the company for the vacancy you applied for.We
also made this decision based on your resume and partly on the answers
to the few questions. Also, I will like to let you know that employees
must arrive here in Canada one week before resumption date for proper
orientation. I hereby present to you the general terms and conditions
under which you have been
employed

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) SALARY: Salary allocated for this position is $5000 USD monthly.
i) ALLOWANCES: You are entitled to $80 USD weekly allowance
exclusive from salary.
ii) SALARY INCREMENT: You shall have a 5% salary increment at the end
of the first six months of effective service.

2) ACCOMMODATION/ ENTERTAINMENT: The company assist you by paying up
to 50% of your monthly accommodation rent and bills. The accommodation
includes a two room apartment with internet facilities,toilet and
kitchen fully equipped

3) WORKING HOURS, RESTING DAYS AND HOLIDAYS: You will work 6 days a
week, 54 hours a week and 9 hours a day. Work from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00
p.m.and 13:00 to 17:00 hours. You will be free all through Sundays as
from 10:00am. You shall have a two week
break after every 5 months

4) OVERTIME WORK AND COMPENSATION: For any activity carried out
outside the work time schedule above, you shall be compensated in
accordance with the labor code.

5) OBLIGATIONS: You are obliged to do your best at work especially
during the hours of work.

6) DURATION OF CONTRACT: The contract will have a duration of two
years and may be renewed or terminated upon the decision of one or
both parties with justified reasons

7) BENEFITS: Employees shall be registered with the company's health
assurance policy, have a three month trial period upon your arrival at
the company during which you shall be compensated according to the
labor code

8) UNIFORM: Employees shall appear in the Hotel's official uniform

9) CONTRACT SIGNING: A contract document shall be sent for you to sign
if you agree to the terms and conditions of the job

10) DOCUMENTS REQUIRED: Before you can travel to Canada and resume
work, you will need some certain documents which are required for your
free entry and work in Canada. These documents shall be processed at
the Canadian embassy in Cameroon because the Canadian ambassador to
Cameroon is a share holder in Riley Hotel and so he takes care of
the visa acquisition of all applicants. The documents are:

Social Security Number (SSN)
Migration clearance
Work Permit
Residential Permit
Contract form
Visa
The following documents and information shall be required from you in
order to process the above required documents for your relocation to
Canada

- A scanned copy of your passport
- Birth certificate (optional)
- 2 color passport size photos
- Your current home address,city and country
- Your Contact Phone Number
- Your full names
- YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS

The above documents shall be used to process all documents
necessary for your travel and work in Canada. While hoping that the
above terms and conditions are satisfactory, I await your response
with the requested documents and information

Cannot even find the address quoted and the phone number is a toronto number, even the picture of the hospital has what looks like a street number on the front completely different to the address

Even the web domain was only setup this year and the site itself is a pretty poor excuse for a genuine website .

The website looks absolutely funny...

Facebook, Linkedin and other socials are all linked to another web design entity, which apparently was the one this fake hospital entity hired to fake this website.

What is funny is, the navigation only says, About us, Contact us, and Careers. Who visiting a hospital site cares about careers?

What is even funnier is, I checked the picture in About us and found the hospital logo is added in an artificial way... look at the logo shadows...



I could not hold my curiosity to check the original photo, and Google image showed me this... well it is an architecture project done by an American architect. You can go here to admire the entire project.



Come on.. better to tell the LinkedIn contact of this fake hospital entity to hire a better web designer or content writer, and beg them not to insult people's intelligence like this.
