Is it easy to get into UBC?

Hello,
As an International Student, I want to study MS in Biomedical Engineering. Is it enough if I apply for
McGill University
UBC
University of Alberta

I have CGPA of 8.28/10

Also, I want to know if admissions in these Universities are easy? Or I need to apply to some more Universities.

Please help me.
