I am planning to do a 2 or 3 year Diploma from either Conestoga College of Durham College in advertising and marketing, journalism or public relations.
I am concerned that about how many of the graduates get jobs after there program and does the college help in finding the jobs for students.
And is it easy to get a PR in monMontr or Vancouver that it is in Toronto

Its not easy and no colleges don't help you get job they might organize a career fair or help you improve your resume format but that's about it.

But like not many international students come to study advertising and marketing related courses so it should not be that difficult to find a job right.
I know nothing is easy but it's not impossible right

You are competing with everyone not just international students you might actually be at a disadvantage as an international student of course nothing is impossible but definitely not easy. If you can get co-op or some other related work experience that can help.

Centennial offers a cp-op but I've heard some bad reviews about Centennial saying that they don't help the students in any way
But they do offer a one full semester of co op

This is also the norm it seems, colleges will not help you even get a Co-op, you might get a list of potential employers or some interviews but you are pretty much on your own.

Centennial has a 3 year diploma in advertising and marketing communications which has 6 semesters and in the last semester they offer a co-op and from what I've heard many students after graduating get jobs in the company's they did co op in, Is it true? And if curriculum of the college says that there is co op in the last semester then will they provide us with the jobs or do we have to find them on our own

Advertising and marketing are notoriously hard sectors to get jobs in. You will also be competing for positions with students that go to university and do a business or commerce degree specializing in advertising and marketing. In general, it is hard for many students to get jobs out of school, even Canadian students, because they lack experience and there is high competition.

Co-ops are not guaranteed at Centennial i.e you start in a regular program then later you can apply for co-op and depending on your grades you can be accepted or rejected from co-op, they don't provide you with jobs like I said they give you a list of employers who said they are interested in taking some students then you have to compete with everyone else to get the position.

There are also fees and co-op specific courses you need to pay for, not sure what these are.
