As long as you know the reason of cancelation and rectify the errors and re-submit, it should be fine.

Would suggest you to wait before re-submission. I agree its frustrating but Cancelation happens in very few cases so reason is imperative.

I did my uprfront medical exam and submitted it with my first application, but still got this condition. I am a medical student, so It's important not to have this condition. So I called CIC and they said that at the time my application has been approved, my medical results haven't reached CIC, but now they have, so I should reapply and attached an explanation note. I reaplied, but it was cancelled...
