Is it advisable I apply to more than one province for provincial nomination?

Hi. Pls Is it advisable I apply to more than one province for provincial nomination? Do the provinces get to see applicants in other provinces? I just want to be sure if it's safer to stick(apply) to just one provincial nomination. Moreso, that each province will ask you int he application if you have application with other provinces. Thanks.
