Is it a good sign since Buffalo have not responded to a transfer of file?

I was requested by Sydney to forwarded my documents to Buffalo since I live in the US. I do not understand why since I did not entered legally in the US for a period of 1 year. I forwarded it and then Buffalo returned it back to me requesting me to provide proof I legally entered in the US for a period of 1-year. I do not have it because I only a legally entered legally in the US for a period of 6-month only. So, sent it back to Buffalo requesting them to transfer it to my home country, Brazil. It has been a month and I have not heard anything. Might it be a god sign since if they did not want to transfer, they would have responded already?

I do think it is a good sign, but not an absolute sign that you are in the clear. Hopefully, they would have already sent it to Brazil.

It can be a good sign. Otherwise, you would already gotten the rejection letter by now. Keep your fingers crossed.

I am in the same boat. However, I requested them to transfer mine to my home country 2 weeks ago and it might be a little to early for me to hear something from them yet.

Just keep your fingers crossed and wait they might be doing something good with your files thats why you've not had them back
