I sent a webform to Abu Dhabi office indicating an error on my GCKey portal on their part.
It's been 15 days and they still haven't gotten back to me.

Anyone who raised a webform to IRCC Abu Dhabi and got a response?
How much time does it take usually?

My Principal Applicant name was changed automatically

Was this the change you had messaged them about? If so great ! they do say on their website that they dont always respond back but recieve and review all emails they get through webform

No it was an uncalled for change. I never requested any such change.
 
They added a prefix to my name, and all of it was upper case.
it was 'Abcdefgh Ijk' and they changed it to 'WXYZ ABCDEFGH IJK'
All of my identity documents and application components have 'Abcdefgh Ijk'

I raised webform to Abu Dhabi but got response from Canadian agent from Canada directly in a week only
