Is IELTS Indicator valid?

Hi,
I live in Bolivia and I am planning to apply as a Skilled worker. Since there are travel restrictions in my country I am unable to take IELTS abroad (since there are no tests centers in my country). My question is if you accept IELTS Indicator as a valid test. This is the online IELTS version offered due to travel restrictions. You need to take IELTS General.
