is FSW category 2 FASTER

Does anyone know if I could expect fsw with job offer to be less than 25 months?

25 months is forever

I have heard it is not faster but also that it is. Is it visa office dependent perhaps?

If it's not any faster then I might as well go track 1

Yes, I'm concerned the advertised quotas are not correct

But is FSW 2 faster anyway? I have heard conflicting reports on this and am somewhat confused
