Is French Mandatory ?

Please guide me that French language is mandatory or Ielts score is enough to file application under Quebec skilled worker immigration .

Yes they need basic level of french called a1 level..not when u filing the application bit on later stage aprox after 11 months

French is not mandatory. See Immigration Quebec.

You will, however, probably find that living, finding work, integrating in Qc is difficult without it.
