Is File Number on PCC Same as Document Number asked for by CIC while uploading your PCC?

So I have received an offer to upload my PCC to my file which I wasn't able to submit before while applying for PR.
While uploading my PCC it asks me "Document Number", is it same as "File Number" given on my PCC.
Also, It asks me to input an expiry date for my PCC, which hasn't been mentioned on my PCC either.

Hey,
I'm in the same boat. Seems like it should be the file number, and for expiry I believe PCCs are valid for 6 months?
What did you end up submitting as?
