hi i am applying recently for student visa, due to incomplete documentation, it was rejected with in three weeks, i now gathered the required document

Was it a reason for the refusal?
No, actually due to rush and misunderstanding, I only submitted the forms and university offerletter and bank statement and they gave reason that you have insufficient documentation and didn't establish that I will leave Canada at the end

So what are you showing that you will leave now - justify costs with higher pay, career and education advancment; tie to return etc.? What is the program and school? Not sure how old you are and who is funding but IRCC wants funds from you or your parents.

You are 35 so your sister funding you is an issue. Payslips aren't funds so show the funding you will get from U of W. Your sister's job education document (?) is not relevant.

If you are taking a PhD program you should be fully funded with salary and tuition paid so no need to show sister's funds. Her job, paystubs are not relevant.

You need to show that you will leave when you complete your program. Show and outline the career opportunities and higher pay you will have when you return home. At 35 (graduate around 40?), PR most likely will not happen (over 4o so no points) so you need to explain why taking a program at 35 and what you will do when you go home.
