Is express entry profile connected to visitor visa application?

2 years ago I applied for a visitor visa for Canada and got refused, and I’m applying for PR this year.
The problem is in my visitor visa application I wrote wrong my enrollment and graduation dates by mistake.
I will provide the correct dates in my express entry profile.
Will this affect my PR application?

It should not, as long as you provide the correct dates and where possible explain this in your application. Just make sure you answer and disclose your previous refusal, and explain in the column provided
