Is Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) compulsary while filling the Express Entry Form Online

Hi,

Thanks for creating this forum.

I have the following profile:

Education: Master Of Engineering (Computers) (Full Time)
Work Experience: 7 Years (Relevant Field) (Full Time)
IELTS: L:8.5 R:9 W:7 S:7 (Oct 2020)

My application still keeps getting rejected saying Profile Ineligible. (Tried 4 times)

What am I doing wrong ?
Is Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) compulsory while filling the form.

Kindly guide.

ECA is mandatory so you can’t apply until you have your ECA.

So do I need to have ECA for my Master's Certificate only or Bachelor's as well.

Depends where you completed your Masters. If you know your Masters will be assessed as a masters and not a Bachelors degree, you need to only assess the highest degree. I would pay to have them both done just in case.
