Is ECE engineering graduates eligible for NOC 2173

Hello friends..
I have 15 years of experience in software development. All the job responsibilities mentioned for 2173 fits my profile. But I did my engineering in electronics and communication.
In this case am I eligible for applying with NOC 2173?

You can use the NOC as long as your employment letters list the duties and responsibilities that match it. Assume you have had your degrees assessed and taken language tests to determine eligibility.
