Is ECAS down for good?

Hi there,

it has been more than 2 months (at least in my case) since ECAS was down. Does anyone have any info if it is going to be working again? My application was approved, but I would need to change my address in Canada after landing, and the only way I know to do it is by going through ECAS.

Not really. But it has been down from November or so. Only for EE applicants. So kind of reading between the lines here.

Try sending a CSE.

CSE I can see the reply I get 35 days later "Email has been forwarded to the appropriate person for action/review."
