Hi.. i just want to ask coz my friend there in canada is now on working visa and she wants to apply for PR, shes married have 2 children(independents), but she doesnt want her husband to be there in canada. can she stil apply for PR without including her husband on the application? or is there a need for them to divorce for her to apply for PR alone? hope you could give me some answers thank you
 
No. Simply fill in application that husband will not accompany to Canada.

shes already in canada and she will apply to change status to PR. if she fill it up like that she will not have any difficulty of processing her visa? or it will take a bit longer?

Her husband will still have to undergo medicals even if non-accompanying if they are not yet officially divorced or separated.
 
Is her husband in Canada? She may have to get full custody of the kids if he doesn't agree to them going.

but he doesnt have to go if he doesnt want to right? just medicals thats it? its not really mandatory right?
 
theyre not yet divorced, the children are all adult and have there own families.one child is living with the father the other is working in another country

It's mandatory that her husband complete the medical and also provide police certificates.
