Do we need to upload anything to substantiate the start and end date of an education which we mention in the eAPR?

For Canadian education section, I uploaded only the diploma and IELTS report. In the application form there are placeholders for school name, DLI and all the info about your major plus year attended. Transcript is optional. My eligibility passed in May btw. Cheers!
