Based on https://myimmitracker.com/en/ca/tra...express-entry-permanent-residency-application it seems like most approved applications with AOR dates in the first quarter of 2017 & 2018 received their PPR within 120 days/4 months. Only about 16% went past 4 months.
This doesn't seem to be the case anymore for 2019, considering most cases from the first quarter seem to be stuck at MEP or background check until now.
