Is British Foundation Diploma offered by Othm Qualifications (UK) accepted by candian universities?

Hi! I have completed my G.C.E O/Ls and I'm currently pursuing a OTHM level 3 british higher studies foundation diploma instead of my G.C.E A/Ls. I would like know weather this program will be accepted by most candian universities or any canadian colleges that's offering undergraduate programs. Appreciate your response...

For Masters does it help for any exemptions ?
