Is Biometrics required after getting COPR ?

I have received the COPR in 2018 and planning to visit Canada in 2019 . According to the new rules , biometrics authentication has been extended to Asia region too.

Will I require biometric authentication? If yes, how can I obtain the Biometric Authentication Letter from IRCC that I would at ASC ?

If your COPR has already been issued, you don't need to present yourself for biometrics.

I landed some years ago and am now a Canadian citizen. All I needed was the COPR and passport. It was extremely easy.
