Is biometrics needed if my parents already have a supervisa?

My parents got their supervisa in 2017, they came here and left in August 2018. They are planning to come again so will they need to give biometrics?


I couldn't find the information on the official website and tried calling them but didn't get through because of call volume. Has anyone else been in this situation? How does this work?
 
I am also wondering regarding the same situation regarding biometrics enrollment for my parents who already has super visa. Did you get any response.
