Like any public university.

UfT is a Top rated University. Your program determines the rest. Universities like Toronto, Waterloo, McMaster are top class. Ryerson, London, Queens and several others follow. Then there are the colleges like Humber. There are all not equal.

Well ranked universities have a higher chance of being granted visa from my observations.

Shouldn't matter in terms of visa apublic university is a public university, what matters more is if the study path makes sense given your education and career.

Depends on your program because UofT is not the most difficult university to get entrance to. If engineering, yes.
