Is backlog certificate necessary for apply ing for Canada study visa as I have done bacholer from Russia and I had 2 backlog as I missed the exam but in my final transcript nothing is mentioned about backlog University have given me marksheet similar to other students so do I need backlog certificate if I do what should be written in that thanks for your precious advice
