Is anyone else having problems logging into ECAS?

For the past few days I've been unable to log into Ecas. I've done it many times before, but it seems like no matter what information I use I am unable to get through.

I know that Ecas has a lot of delays, but I've never really had a problem logging into it before. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I have received PPR and my application is in Ottawa.

more than a month back the site had a technical problem and many people experienced what you said but I guess it should have been fixed long ago.

I can't log in E-CAS today either. but I was stopped after I clicked the "check application status" button and it showed:

"There is a problem with this website's security certificate"

I guess my problem is different fromyours.

Actually, I got that today too!

You can click past the security certificate and go in anwyway if you trust the site or you can wait until they update the certificate. I did the proceed anyway option and didn't have any issues.

I did exactly what Davsav said and I got into my Ecas today and many time. Scenario's -

Decision made. (remember always exceptions, this has been what I have seen the last few years)

■Decision made - Before the medical requests - Not normally good news at this stage- good reason to worry (status timing unexpected)
■Decision made - Directly after the medicals sent but before the passport requests - 50/50 could be good, could be bad, be concerned. (status timing unexpected)
■Decision made - Already done medicals and passports requested - Normally always good no need to worry (status timing unexpected)
■Decision made - Already done medicals and passports requested, passports returned with landing visa -Good news (status timing expected)

Does it timeout for you or does it give you an error message?

It can be pretty flaky sometimes, if it times out for me i usually wait a bit and it works again. If it's an error message it may be a different issue for you,

It seems like lot of folks are noticing the security certificate expiry for past few days.
It's surprising that CIC didn't have anyone to work on it !??

my ecas work fine
