My status in Canada is a protected person. I applied for PR card February 11, 2011 since that my application is in process. A few days ago it changed to Decision made and they added this sentence : We sent you a letter on June 14, 2011 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. I have not gotten any letter except medical request and fingerprinting. Why they have not changed it until now? If thy made a decision in June 14,2011 why thy ask me after about medical and fingerprinting?
Please any suggestion...

We started processing your application on March 21, 2011.
A decision has been made and you will be contacted.
We sent you a letter on June 14, 2011 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. If we have sent the letter to the wrong address, please contact us.
Medical results have been received.
We received the requested information on August 18, 2011. Thank you for providing the information.
