is any member of STIBC translator approved by CIC without affidavit,, PLEASE

Dear Friends,

I hope by chance someone had to translate his document in BC in Canada before.

I need to know if the translator member of STIBC, does that means no need for affidavit for the translators.

on CIC website it is mentioned that

"Translators who are certified members in good standing of one of the provincial or territorial organizations of translators and interpreters of Canada do not need to supply an affidavit."

if the translator is a certified member and in a good standing of STIBC then he wont require to supply an affidavit.
