Is Air Canada Express takes part in the CTP?

Hi everyone. I think I meet all requirements for CTP excepts there's one thing I'not sure about. My flight is flied by Air Canada Express but the airlines listed in the program are just Air Canada and Air Canada Rouge. I don't know if AC Express is eligible for CTP; if not, should I apply for a transit visa?
