Is AINP open for people applying from outside of canada ?

Hi Guys,
My Name is Ajay, applied for express entry from India. My CRS is 429 with languages score CBL9 and 5 years of experience in IT industry (NOC 2173). Eventhough, I have good CRS score, I didn't got NOI from Alberta in lastest draw. Did anyone has any idea about how AINP is selecting profile ? Does they consider profile of people leaving outside canada at the moment ?

Yes they are approving outland. Alberta doesn't post the NOCs they select for their draws. So it means your NOC was not selected and/or you didn't meet their other criteria (family, LMIA).
