Hi, as it comes to scanning and uploading my pass photo, birth certificates, marriage certificates etc...Do they accept scans done by conventional phone apps or will I have to scan them in a professional copyshop?
thank you.

From what I understand, using a phone scanner to upload official documents is usually acceptable as long as the images are clear, complete, and easy to read. Many applicants don’t have access to a traditional flatbed scanner anymore, so using a smartphone to create a PDF scan has become very common. The important thing is to make sure the entire document is visible, the text is sharp, and there are no shadows, cropped edges, or missing pages. A lot of people also rely on apps that combine scanning and document sharing features to simplify the process. For instance, Municorn Fax allows users to scan documents with their phone camera and send them digitally without needing a physical fax machine, which can be convenient when handling official paperwork or submissions. As long as the uploaded file accurately represents the original document and meets the platform’s quality requirements, phone-scanned copies are generally considered acceptable.
