Is a PG diploma from George brown worth or should I opt for MBA

Hi I am currently working for jp morgan in india.i want to pursue a pg diploma in canada but I am concerned will the college course get me a job? Or is it just MBA that matters :
I am planning to do my pg for jan 2014 intake..gonna give my IELTS nxt month..but what concerns me is will finance institutions and companies prefer the college pg course or they seek only MBA's..

Ask yourself this simple question

If you are a head of a multinational company and you have been given the responsibility of hiring a manager, you have 2 resumes on your desk, both resumes are the same with respect to years of work experience and skills, would you select the one that has MBA written on it or one that has college diploma written on it for an interview?
