is a load required to apply for SPP, what if i have sufficient funds

hey,
i am a bit confused. to apply under SPP, do i need to apply for a loan of 80%. if i have enough money without a loan, can i just show those documetns. based on what i am reading on the threads, it seems like to apply for SPP, a loan has be to taken.

can someone with knowlege on this clarify
