Is a leave of absence from my job enough as a home tie?

I got admission from Concordia University in MASc in Electrical and Computer Engineering Program and I have obtained the CAQ and applied for a study permit.
To prove that I have ties to my home country (Sudan) I have submitted a letter from my employer stating that I was granted a leave of absence for the duration of my Master studies and that I will be reinstated in my position as a researcher upon my return. I have also submitted proof of ownership certificates of some of my parents' properties in Sudan. The only thing is that my parents are resident in Saudi Arabia while I have been living in Sudan since 2007. I visit them at least once a year since 2007. They are stable there financially and will be sponsoring me.

I am only worried about home ties. Are the documents I am submitting enough to satisfy the visa officer that I will leave Canada after the end of my authorized stay?
