Is a Language Test Required to Submit a Non-SDS Study Permit Application?

Hi Folks,

I'm living inside Canada as worker, and received an offer letter from IBU Toronto based on my Medium of Instruction (MOI) instead of a language test. I haven’t taken IELTS or PTE.

My question is — can I still submit my study permit application under the Non-SDS stream without a language test, or is it mandatory to provide one before submission?

There is no SDS and non SDS streams anymore. Always a good idea to include because you can be refused for language. It is not mandatory.

Pick another school. IBU is a private "diploma" mill school that caters to international students. Go to York or U of T if you want to stay in GTA. Do you have PAL
