Is a higher score better?

Hello dear forum members,

I was thinking of applying in the new 2014 FSW intake. I estimate my score to be equal to 69, which is above the pass mark. I can still earn five more points if I make my wife takes an English exam (Adaptability points). But I was wondering if this would really be of any use. Is a higher score better? Does it improve my chances?
