Is a distance PGDM accepted as 16 years of education?

I have recently finished my bachelor's degree in history and have 15 years of education (10+2+3). For the completion of 16 years, I have enrolled in a 2 year Hybrid PGDM (a combination of distance, online and classroom learning) from Welingkars Institute of Management. Will this degree be accepted as completion of 16 years of education?
